The manuscripts should be submitted in PDF format (file extension *.pdf). The deadline for paper submission is July 1, 2021 (23:59 Hawaii time).
All papers that correspond to submission guidlines will be peer-reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, originality, completeness, relevance to the conference topics, contributions, and readability.
Acceptance notification will be sent to the corresponding author on September 12, 2021 via email. The authors of the accepted papers will be allowed to make corrections in accordance with the suggestions of the reviewers and submit final camera-ready papers on September 19, 2021.
